Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the joyfulcolorama.com website and to every Joyful Colorama watch face published on the Google Play Store. It explains what Joyful Colorama LLC ("Joyful Colorama", "we", "us") does with information in connection with them. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because a privacy policy is only useful if you can actually tell what it says.

01Who we are

Joyful Colorama LLC is a Florida limited liability company and the developer of the Joyful Colorama watch faces distributed through the Google Play Store.

02Our watch faces

Our watch faces do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. They contain no accounts, no advertising, no analytics or tracking software, and no third-party SDKs. They do not communicate with our servers, because we do not operate any servers that they could communicate with.

Information shown on the watch face

Depending on which watch face you use and how you configure it, the face may display information that already exists on your watch, such as:

• the time, date, and time zone;
• battery level and charging status;
• step count and progress toward your step goal;
• heart rate;
• unread notification counts;
• weather, where your watch provides it;
• readings from the watch's motion sensors, used only to create visual effects;
• data supplied by complications you choose to add.

This information is provided by Wear OS to the watch face so it can be drawn on your screen. It is processed entirely on your watch, in the moment it is displayed. It is not recorded, not stored by the watch face, and never leaves your device. We never receive it and we cannot see it.

If you add a complication from another app, that complication's data is supplied and governed by the app that provides it, under that app's own privacy policy.

Photos

If a watch face lets you set a personal photo as a background, that photo is selected by you, stays on your watch, and is never uploaded or transmitted anywhere.

03This website

This website does not use cookies, advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or any other technology that follows you around. We do not build profiles of visitors, and there is nothing here to opt out of.

The contact form

If you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, and message text you provide. We use them for one purpose only: to read your message and reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or share this information with anyone for marketing.

Server logs

Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when a page is requested — such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is ordinary web server operation, used for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

04Purchases

Our watch faces are sold through the Google Play Store. When you buy one, Google — not Joyful Colorama — processes the transaction. We never see or receive your payment card details, billing address, or Google account credentials.

Google provides us with aggregated, anonymized sales and statistics reports, such as how many installs a watch face has and in which countries. These reports do not identify individual purchasers. Google's handling of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

05Service providers

We keep our use of third parties deliberately small. The complete list:

• Vercel — hosts this website and processes contact form submissions in transit.
• Resend — delivers contact form messages to our email inbox.
• Google Play — distributes our watch faces and processes all purchases.

These providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. None of them are used inside our watch faces — they relate to this website and to distribution only.

06How long we keep things

We keep contact form correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to keep a reasonable record of it, after which it is deleted. Server logs are retained on a short rolling basis by our hosting provider. Because our watch faces collect nothing, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on that side.

07Children

Our watch faces and this website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the contact form, please tell us and we will delete it.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, or to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. In practice, the only information we are likely to hold is a contact form message you sent us.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the contact form and we will respond. We do not sell personal information and never have.

09Security

This website is served over HTTPS, and contact form messages are transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive personal information through the contact form.

10Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If we ever make a change that materially affects how we handle personal information — for example, if a future watch face needed to collect something — we will say so clearly rather than quietly editing this page.
