Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the watch faces published by Joyful Colorama LLC ("Joyful Colorama", "we", "us") and of this website at joyfulcolorama.com. By installing or using one of our watch faces, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

01What we provide

We design and publish watch faces for Wear OS smartwatches, distributed through the Google Play Store. This website provides information about them and a way to contact us.

02Your licence

When you obtain one of our watch faces through the Google Play Store, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use that watch face on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This licence is in addition to, and does not replace, the Google Play Terms of Service, which also apply to your purchase. Where these Terms and Google's terms conflict as to your purchase, Google's terms govern the transaction.

03What you may not do

You agree not to:

• copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or lend our watch faces, or make them available to others;
• extract, reuse, or republish the artwork, graphics, animations, fonts, or other assets contained in them, whether as your own work or otherwise;
• decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source of our watch faces, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it;
• remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notice;
• use our name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests we endorse or are associated with your product or service;
• use our watch faces or this website for any unlawful purpose.

04Intellectual property

All watch face designs, artwork, illustrations, layouts, animations, the Joyful Colorama name, and the Joyful Colorama logo are owned by Joyful Colorama LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Buying a watch face buys you the right to use it — it does not transfer ownership of the design or any rights in it.

05Purchases, payment, and refunds

All purchases are made through the Google Play Store, and Google — not Joyful Colorama — is the seller and processor of record. Pricing, taxes, payment, receipts, and refunds are handled by Google under Google's own policies. We cannot process a refund directly; refund requests must be made through Google Play. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us and we will help where we can, but the transaction itself sits with Google.

06Devices, compatibility, and availability

Our watch faces are built with Watch Face Format and require a compatible Wear OS smartwatch. Compatibility requirements are stated on each Google Play listing, and it is your responsibility to check that your watch is supported before purchasing.

Appearance, available features, and performance may vary between watch models, screen sizes, and Wear OS versions. Some features depend on hardware or data your watch may not provide — for example a watch without a heart rate sensor cannot display heart rate, and weather requires your watch to supply weather data.

We may update, change, or discontinue any watch face at any time. Operating system updates from Google or your device manufacturer may affect how a watch face behaves, and are outside our control.

07Not a medical or safety device

Our watch faces are decorative software. Any health, fitness, sensor, weather, or time information they display is provided by your watch and is shown for general informational purposes only.

They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or condition. Do not rely on a watch face for medical decisions, for navigation, for timing anything safety-critical, or in any situation where inaccurate or delayed information could cause harm. Always consult a qualified professional for medical advice, and use a purpose-built instrument where accuracy matters.

08Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our watch faces and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a watch face will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, or that any information it displays will be accurate or timely.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you have that cannot be limited by agreement.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joyful Colorama LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of our watch faces or this website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a watch face is limited to the amount you actually paid for that watch face.

10Third-party services and content

Our watch faces may display data from complications provided by other applications, and this website links to third-party sites. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Third-party apps and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12Termination

The licence in section 2 ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling our watch faces. Sections 4 and 7 through 9 survive termination.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our watch faces or this website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
